自製巧克力曲奇

由費城回來了, 時間倉促的一天咧。內容明天再補上吧。這次終于成功了,我說的是曲奇喔==。。。 Actually, It's easy to make, 上次把它壓平了,所以出來的形狀很醜,HEHE... 原來把它弄成一個tablespoon的球狀就可以了。:P 把那可愛的Cookies先PO上來囉。瞪瞪~~

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe From: Field Guide to COOKIES

Yield: About 2 dozen cookies
ingredients:
  • 1&1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter (Room Temperature)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg (Room Temperature)
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (6 oz) chocolate chips
(PS: If you don't want it to be too sweet, you don't have follow the amount of sugar and chocolate)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line several cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
  2. Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream butter and sugars on medium speed for several minutes until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
  4. Add the flour mixture, and mix on low speed just until combined; add the chocolate chips, and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through. Cool sheets on wire racks for a few minutes before transferring cookies directly onto wire racks with a spatula to finish cooling.
